OUR BLOCKCHAIN ECOSYSYTEM

PO8’s contributions go beyond ocean exploration and promoting responsible commercial salvage. Our ecosystem ensures preservation of cultural heritage, responsible commerce of valuable artifacts and the creation of a PO8 Stablecoin.

FOUNDATION: The PO8 Foundation will be a custodial recipient of some of the discovered artifacts to be shared with the world to view through travelling exhibitions.

AUCTION: Our Historical Open Auction Platform (HOAP) is a decentralized auction platform ensuring responsible commerce of historical artifacts while providing a secure, transparent and cost effective place to buy and sell precious treasures.

REGISTRY: The PO8 Historical Artifact Registry System (PHARS) creates a method to identify historical artifacts and certify their authenticity permitting government agencies, museums and organizations to register historic artifacts.

RESERVE: A portion of the recovered treasures such as gold and silver will be placed in the P08 reserve and pegged to the P08 token, resulting in token stability.

Technology

The following outlines the software and system blueprints for different parts of the PO8 business model. This includes tokens, sm art contracts, registration services, decentralized auctions, client apps and background systems.

Blockchain Technology Usage

• Cryptocurrencies: PO8 and SILVER Smart contracts will define PO8 and its SILVER sub-token “Reward Token Data Mining” with conversions rates TBD. Token Generation Event (TGE) investors will receive a discount on a limited amount.
• Smart Contracts: These are private, pre-sale and crowd sale contracts created to manage registration of buyers, token sales, token distribution, bonus distribution and lock up periods.
• Registration Services: The PO8 Historic Artifact Registration System (PHARS) allows government agencies, museums and organizations to register historic artifacts. PHARS will create a unique identification and decentralized registration system, that lives in the Block Chain indefinitely.

Decentralized Auctions

• Historical Open Auction Platform (HOAP): HOAP allows for the auctioning of historical artifacts on the blockchain. The platform works like a standard auction model, defining interaction between sellers and buyers. Transactions will be executed with PO8 and SIL tokens.

Government Artifact Auction System (GAAS)

The GAAS system will allow governments, museums and non-profit organizations to register via PHARS to declare authenticity to buy, sell and auction historical artifacts between one another. PO8 will validate any users of the platform to ensure they are government entities. Transactions will be made with PO8 or SILVER tokens, as well as, ETH, BTC and regular centralized currencies (USD, EUR, etc.) by acting as a platform and escrow service.

Maritime Artifact Data System (MADS)

MADS is a decentralized system that handles registrants who want to be part of the bounty hunt program. To register, users must hold an amount of PO8 tokens in the MADS sy stem as a proof of stake model. While holding the tokens in their wallet, the users can participate in data mining tasks to receive SILVER tokens as a reward for participating in the completion of bounty tasks. Bounty Tasks are grouped by categories. Users can set their wallet to complete automated tasks.

There are two forms of data analysis users can perform: automated or interactive.

1. Automated - Proprietary formulas execute automated tasks by client application, integrated into the user’s wallet to identify objects in the maritime floor.
2. Interactive - Tasks require more effort. Users will participate in video identification of forms, shapes and visual analysis of the media provided. Multiple users will watch videos and all identifications are saved.

Bounty task participants will analyze a variety of data sources, including sonar, magnetometer, geo mapping, historical records, weather patterns, video feed and more.

Client Apps and Backend Systems

Client Applications

• ERC20 Full Wallet: A regular ERC20 wallet client to connect to the decentralized Ethereum network, which features smart contract scripting, and handle multiple tokens, such as PO8 and SILVER.
• Buyer Client App: Users download and participate in auctions to buy historical artifacts u sing their PO8 wallet.
• Seller Client App: Sellers can register and sell any historical artifact. The seller will register via the HOAP or GAAS systems to create a smart contract for the auction.
• Data Mining App: Users that hold PO8 tokens can use this app to participate in small, automated and interactive tasks that will aid in the treasure hunt. Users receive a reward in SILVER tokens based on their contribution and PO8 holdings.

Backend Systems

PHARS

PHARS will live mostly on the blockchain network. The system informs of methods users can employ to uniquely identify historical artifacts. It will serve as a decentralized registry for all artifacts around the world. Once an artifact is registered as authentic, the sy stem ensures it will carry a unique signature for any transaction.

• HOAP and GAAS

This system will auto-generate and publish Smart Contracts for sellers, that seek to sell their historical artifacts with the PO8 auction model. HOAP and GAAS will handle direct transactions between buyers and sellers. It will also verify the identity of the seller and buyer (KYC).

• MADS

Wallet clients can connect to the MADS system to perform automated or interactive tasks. This system is the foundation for user efforts in finding a treasure. The system will create campaign tasks so that users from around the world can participate in the treasure hunt. MADS collects data from all data sources and stores it on separate databases, to be distributed in small chunks to the clients participating on the quest. Scientists and experts in their field will manage the system and use the decentralized Ethereum network to make task s available to the PO8 users. Users will download the data from the MADS central server.
